God is love

If we are not loving we have no way of doing Gods work. God commanded us to love Him and our neighbours.

I pray that we get this basic principle into our way of life.

Think of your daily life, what ways can you become more loving towards those around you.

I would recommend starting with been of service to others, as this is also pleasing to the Lord. There are many things you can do to be of service to others.

• Go shopping for some one that can't go themselves.
• Men can help Single sisters with household handyman type jobs
• Help a hungry person
• Give old clothes to the needy
• Give of your time to a worthy cause
• Teaching some one the Gospel as this can save their life.

These are just a few examples but there are many more. Use your imagination and I am sure you could find more ways to please the Lord and be the force of power He needs to bring the lost unto Him once more.

Importance Of Teaching The Gospel

We are all teachers, every member has a responsibility and an option to exercise his or her agency, to serve the Lord and be an example to those you meet daily. Jesus was the perfect example to us and for us to follow that example we must learn to be like Him,

We can become like Jesus Christ if we understand what it was that made Him " The Perfect Example".


Today I wish to address all parents, as a Sunday School President, I pray that all parents will act in faith and use agency to teach their children the correct principles.

Our Heavenly Father has given us a gift. The Gospel is our road map to once again walk in His presence.
